Basic elements of the display

1.  Main menu

● Select the schedule date

● Refresh the display

● Print, save, and copy the schedule data

● Open a new display window

● Auto-size and fit the columns

● Toggle full-screen mode

● Toggle the legend

● Configure the application settings

● View online help

● Exit the application


2.  Status bar

● Displays information about the displayed cases


3.  Current date/time

● Displays the current system time (from the local host computer)


4.  Surgery schedule display

● Displays surgery cases for the selected date along with the status of each case

● Allows for selecting standard or custom comments for individual cases


5.  Legend

● Provides a reference for the abbreviations used in column headers along with colors used in status column
